'SEALINK' One of the BEST locations in Seaside! This wonderful home, in Seaside proper, is the third house on Odessa Street at the west end of Seaside. 'SEALINK' is only 4 houses north of the beach and 4 houses south of the swimming pool.
With it's quaint picket fence and over-sized wrap around porch, 'SEALINK' offers so many places to relax and enjoy the gulf breezes. On the screened porch, you will find comfortable seating, swing, gas grill, and dining table for just kicking back after a day on the beach or entertaining your family and friends. Even the sound of the rain on the porch roof from an occasional summer shower makes reading a good book read better.
As you enter the house, an expansive foyer with staircase leads to the second and third floors. Beautiful bright beach colors are incorporated into the furnishings and original works of art throughout the house. In addition to the porch, you will find there are many comfortable places to relax. A large living room with wood burning fireplace is full of natural light provided by the many windows just below the ceiling and open rafters. A brick floored atrium at the very center of the house also provides natural light to the kitchen, living room, and master suite located on the first floor. The master suite is furnished with king bed, large dressing room, TV, and shower for two.
A spacious, casual eat in kitchen opens to the living room as well as the back deck. Dining and entertaining al fresco is accomplished from the screened side porch. The kitchen is fully equipped for those gourmet meals. The half bath and laundry room with full size washer and dryer are also located adjacent to the kitchen.
Up the stairs to the second floor are two bedrooms with private baths and TVs. One bedroom is furnished with a king bed and the other with twin beds. The third floor tower room with gulf views boasts two cushy chaise lounges to read a good book or view a movie on the TV with DVD player. The fourth floor covered tower (reached by climbing the ship's ladder) provides a perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee as the town awakens or breath taking sunsets and unsurpassed 360 degree views of the Gulf Of Mexico, Seaside, and surrounding areas.
An outdoor shower with hot and cold water is provided on the back deck for easy clean up and sand removal. Bicycles, rafts, coolers, toys, DVD Library, games, and beach chairs are among many things at the home are for your enjoyment.

Summary: On our visit to SeaLink and Seaside, we found the area to be quite lovely. It was our first trip to the east of Destin, and our time of travel was apparently before the busy season. SeaLink's owner is well organized, and easy to communicate with via phone or text and the house is well set up. There is a very complete binder which provides clear information and directions for the house and the area, which was quite helpful for our first trip. On arrival, there were lovely fresh flowers, and a bit of coffee, and a few other things that were helpful to have initially, before we could access the grocery store. There is a well stocked Publix close by and we found everything we needed for our stay there. The screened in porch dining area and swing were favorite spots, for reading and meals. Unfortunately contractors for TWO adjacent houses were constructing extensive wood outdoor walkways so the sound of circular saws and power nailers for 6 days was not exactly a pleasant vacation atmosphere. It was quiet before 7:30 am and after 6pm. The Seaside community is a fun area to visit. It has dining areas, a number of pools, and an exercise facility, which although it doesn't have a Pelaton, does have a decent bike in good repair. We found the selection of exercise equipment to be suitable and well maintained. The beach area was closed for 3 days due to storms, so we took advantage of the many areas for shopping that are not too far away.

Summary: Our spring break stay at Sealink was absolutely fantastic! The location was perfect, offering easy access to everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Diane and Steve were exceptional hosts—they went above and beyond to accommodate our last-minute needs, making us feel truly cared for. The house itself was beautifully decorated and fully equipped with every imaginable amenity. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend this rental for an unforgettable vacation!

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at Sealink. The house is charming and the location is ideal. Diane was very helpful and kept in touch to see if we needed anything. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. My 4 year old grandson fell in love with the beach and can't wait to go back to "our" beach house.

Summary: What a gem of a beach house! We had four adults and two children (ages 2 & 5), and everything was flawless. What we loved: bikes, beach chairs, a wagon, and beach toys are all provided which made packing a breeze! You're 4 houses to the beach, four houses from the pool and just a quick walk into town or Watercolor - truly the perfect location. We enjoyed our mornings and evenings on the front porch and our afternoons and sunsets in the lookout tower that provides tremendous views of town and the ocean. The beds and furniture were comfy, and we had everything we needed when we wanted to cook in. Communication with Diane was amazing. She covers every detail so you know exactly what to expect and is very quick to reply! For example, the wagon broke and she graciously replaced it the next day. Talk about customer service. Thank you for a fabulous stay! Odessa St. is a dream. We will definitely be back.

Summary: We had an incredible trip and stay at Sea Link. It’s such a cool house and in a perfect spot - just a couple houses from the beach access and a couple houses from the pool, walking distance to both Watercolor and Seaside. The home itself is so cool, lots of charm but with all the amenities to make staying there comfortable. I would recommend this stay to anyone, 10/10.

Summary: We all loved Sealink! The house is beautifully decorated and had a very coastal feel! The colors are very pretty. The house just makes you happy!! Everywhere you look there is a unique decoration! The house is in a perfect location close to the beach. FThis is definitely one of the prettiest houses we have stayed in! The owner, Diane, is so nice and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. She checked in with us several times to make sure everything was good. We will definitely stay at Sealink again!!

Summary: We had such a wonderful stay at Sealink! This is a fabulous home in a fabulous location. The home has all that any family may need, the best front porch, comfortable beds, a super cool lookout tower, and much more! Located just a few blocks from the Seaside City Center, we could easily get wherever we needed by walking. Beach access was closeby and super easy. The pool is also just a few houses down the street. We hope to stay here again!! Thanks Diane and Steve!!

Summary: The property was phenomenal with great views, easy access and close proximity to local attractions (and the beach!!). The owners were super friendly and helpful. Any time we had a question or issue, they responded to a text message or phone call quickly and professionally. The home was clean and spacious. The best part is that they had an array of items available for use like bicycles, beach chairs, toys, boogie boards and coolers. We would all love to visit again.
